Daringbadi and Gopalpur


Daringbadi is a hill station in Kandhmal district of Odisha state in eastern India. Widely known as "Kashmir of Odisha", it is situated at a height of 915 metres and is a popular tourist destination. Back in the days of the British rule, there was a British officer named Daring Saheb who was in charge of this place

Gopalpur is a coastal town and a Notified Area Council on the Bay of Bengal coast in Ganjam district in the southern part of Odisha, India. Today it is a commercial port, a famous sea beach and a tourist destination. Gopalpur is around 15 km from Berhampur.
